A TODDLER group celebrated it's 25th anniversary by holding a party for parents and children.

Valley Tots are based out of Valley Church in Guithavon Valley.

On Tuesday April 12 the pre-schoolers enjoyed a disco by local entertainer Tidimix, and on Saturday April 16 all the family were invited to join in with a Bob the Builder themed party.

Angela Howson set up the group all those years ago when she realised members of church needed somewhere to take their children.

She said: "We did not have anything like it at the time.

"I would like to say a big thank you to all the volunteers who help to run this group and make it successful.

"We have made many friends and acquaintances over the years and it is great to see Mums now attending who came along as children themselves in the past"

The group, which is open to all, meet every Tuesday at 10am during term time.
