Planning application for block of flats submitted
A PLANNING application has been submitted to build eight apartments.
If successful, garages at the Garage Site, Lancaster Way, in Braintree, would be demolished to make way for the homes, all of which would be in one block of flats.
The application was submitted by Mr M Looker and validated on Monday.
A decision will be made by June 20.
