Top bodybuilder to hold training session in Braintree
A NATURAL bodybuilder will deliver a training and information session in Braintree.
Alun Davies was crowned the International Natural Bodybuilding Federation’s Light Heavyweight Champion of the World in 2009 and has won the European Championship and been crowned British Champion several times.
He will offer tips and advice on training regimes, technique and diet at the Discovery College Gym in Braintree Foyer, St Michaels Road.
The event will take place between 3pm and 5pm on October 17.
