Plans to demolish motor sales garage in Hatfield Peverel
A planning application has been submitted to demolish a garage in Hatfield Peverel in order to build nine homes.
An application was submitted to Braintree Council on 26 August to demolish the Cowards Garage workshop on The Street. All sales buildings will be demolished and vehicle sales will stop in order to build the homes.
Seven terraced and two detached properties will be built on the site. New access is proposed on The Street with 18 designated parking spaces for residents.
