Fire crews called to false alarm in Kelvedon
Firefighters rushed to an incident in Kelvedon which turned out to be a false alarm.
Two engines from Witham were called to Thorne Road shortly before 6.30pm yesterday but found it was a non-malicious false alarm when they got to the scene.
A spokesman for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service said the crews returned to their hub at 6.50pm.
