Parking officers have vowed to enforce the rules in a Witham cul-de-sac being clogged up by mums on the school run.

Tempers have flared in the roads near Templars Primary School, in Cressing Road, since Morrisons in Braintree Road introduced parking restrictions earlier this year.
Bronte Road has been one of the worst hit because it is not a through road and contains the garages and parking spaces for people living in the courts.
