Joshua Marlow was 22 when he died after a collision involving his motorbike last year
Police have charged a man with careless driving after a 22-year-old died in July last year.
Joshua Marlow, 22, of South Woodham Ferrers, died after his motorbike was in collision with a Volkswagen Golf on the A132 on July 25.
Yesterday, 45-year-old Jason Walmsley of Church Road, Wickham Bishops was charged with causing death by careless driving.
He was released on bail to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates court on Wednesday May 27 at 9.15am.
