Magna Carta among the subjects at Feering learning event
A selection of one day schools on subjects ranging from the Magna Carta to the merchant navy will be held in Feering.
The Essex Federation of the Workers’ Educational Association is organising the events on Saturday, April 25 at Feering Community Centre, Coggeshall Road, Feering from 11am.
Roger Cooke will speak about the Magna Carta and the First Parliament.
Professor Anthony Lane will discuss the role of the merchant navy in the two world wars.
Finally, Chris Green will speak on music and art in the first decade of the 20th Century.
The registration fee for each programme is £10, including refreshments.
