Eat cake and support a cancer charity at the same time
Cake and coffee are on offer this Saturday at Dunmow Bowling Club.
Members held a successful fundraiser for Breast Cancer last year and have decided it's the mens turn this year.
The club in St Edmunds Lane is hoping to raise over £500 for Prostrate Cancer UK as a tribute to the male members it has lost to the disease.
The event starts at 10am and there is ample parking. Tea and soft drinks will also be available.
