More than 50 people packed into the Witham Public hall to enjoy wrestlers battle their way to glory.
WrestleForce, which runs professional wrestling matches, delighted spectators in the hall, in Collingwood Road, with fast and furious bouts on Friday after returning to the town for the first time in a year.
Oliver Scott, chairman of WrestleForce, which is based in Fullham, said: “We had a ring set up in the hall and the crowd reacted the way it was intended and all cheered at the good guys and booed at the bad guys.
“We had good feedback and do hope to return, it’s just a matter of arranging a date.”
