A man was rushed to Broomfield Hospital with head injuries following a fight in a pub car park.
The man in his 20s had attended a drum and bass event held at the Swan Pub in The Street, Rayne, and was injured in a fight in the pub car park just before 10pm on Saturday 6 September.
A rapid response car and an ambulance rushed to the scene and took him to hospital where he is thought to be in a non life-threatening condition.
Police confirmed a second man was also treated by paramedics.
Landlord Nicholas Chambers, 43, said he wanted to apologise to residents in the village for the noise caused by revellers.
He said: “It was the first event of its kind that we have ever done and it will be the last."
