Overwhelming majority vote for five more years of Witham industrial estate security
An overwhelming majority of business owners on Witham industrial estates have voted for five more years of improved security.
This means companies off Freebournes Road, Eastways and Crittall Road will continue to benefit from automatic number plate recognition cameras, CCTV, an Estate Manager and improved signage.
More than 91 per cent of the 177 companies that voted throughout July wanted to keep the Business Improvement District for Witham industrial estates, compared to 62 per cent who voted ‘yes’ in the first ballot in 2009.
