Three popular bands are coming to the Kelvedon Institute for a unique evening of music.

Humberside-based band Maisie and The Thompsons bring together the 70s’ keyboard-driven pop hooks of Jackson Browne and the contemplative folk sensibilities of Richard Shindell.

Singer-songwriter Alex Berger has performed in the UK and across the pond in America where he currently lives. He has released two albums, with a third on the way.

The third performer is Steve Folk, who considers himself to be a “folk survivalist” and has played around the world.

All three will be performing next Friday, with doors opening at 8pm. Tickets are £12.50 on the door or £11 in advance (plus booking fee). They can be booked by calling Tony Winn on 01376 571775.
