Billy Sheppard has 17,900 subscribers to his YouTube channel
A rising YouTube star is hoping his new animated zombie series will become a smash hit after his previous videos had over 3,700,000 views.
Billy Sheppard, 17, of Portland Close, makes animations featuring characters he creates in cult videogame Minecraft.
Mr Sheppard said: “There are not many people doing this kind of thing but it is getting a lot of views.
“My next project will be a series based on the film Zombieland and TV show The Walking Dead.
The ex-Alec Hunter Academy pupil, who calls himself DaSheepherder on YouTube, has 17,900 subscribers to his channel and speaks with up to 2,000 fans on Skype.
