A former Edwardian school in Braintree could be turned into luxury apartments if a planning application is granted.
Proposals have been submitted by One Property Group to convert Tabor House, in Coggeshall Road, into 19 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with amenity spaces and a communal area.
The plans for the building, which was built around 1906 as Braintree County High School on land donated by Sydney Courtauld, also include land for 34 car park spaces.
