A mum-of-three is urging a council to fix a children’s play area in Braintree after her son slashed his hand on broken equipment.
Full-time mum Hailey Jensen, 22, claims she has called Braintree Council multiple times in three months to fix the vandalised equipment at the King George V play areas in Cressing Road, after her two-year-old son Frankie-Lee caught his hand on a seesaw’s broken handle.
However Miss Jensen said she has not seen any repairs and is told by the council that her complaint was “duly noted”.
