Residents in a village known for its colourful flower displays are blooming delighted after winning an Essex Best Kept Village award.
Kelvedon, which last won the competition in 2004, came top of its class thanks to the hard work of Kelvedon in Bloom organisers.
The village won in the class for villages with a population between 2,000 to 5,000.
