An open letter to the Chief Constable of Essex.

Dear Stephen.

Can you please stop that noisy old helioclopter of yours from clickety, cloppity, clattering over the skies of Witham every night.

The Town’s much loved ‘Matrone de la Ville’ is seriously dipping out on her beauty sleep – and God only knows how much she needs it.

Talk about frightening the horses - she’s scared two silly mares half to death already this week. (More to follow from Kateybaker on this one I wouldn’t be surprised).

Your good friend,

As always,

Ompy.
