The wife of a football club chairman who collapsed and died in the boardroom has been "overwhelmed" by tributes to him.
Tony Last, 65, collapsed at Witham Town Football Club, in Spa Road, last Thursday, but could not be resuscitated by paramedics.
An air ambulance was scrambled to assist retired Mr Last, who used to run his own factory business, at 8.25pm when he was found unconscious and not breathing.
