Plans are in the pipeline for 14 new flats in Witham
Plans have been submitted for 14 new flats in Witham.
Clearserve Ltd is hoping to build six one-bedroom timber-framed flats and eight two-bedroom flats on land off Coach House Way.
The plans have been submitted to Braintree Council and are currently going through a consultation period.
