Admire gorgeous gardens and fantastic flowers at Witham in Bloom’s open garden event next Sunday.

There will be 13 gardens open to the public, featuring a range of styles from small cottage to larger gardens, and there will also be plants for sale, refreshments, lunches and afternoon tea at some of the gardens throughout the day.

Entrance is only with a programme, costing £5 for adults and free for accompanied children. Tickets are available from Witham Information Centre, Town Hall, Newland Street, or from participating gardens on the day. They are also available from Fenn Wright Estate Agents, Newland Street.

All profit made on the day will be shared between Witham in Bloom Conservation Group and Farleigh Hospice.

Witham in Bloom is also holding a best vegetable garden competition, with judging taking place towards the end of June. Entry forms will be available from Witham Tourist Information Centre and also Olivers Nurseries who sponsor this category.

Other competitions will be running in July, including best hanging basket and sponsor forms will be available.from Witham Tourist Information centre.
