Getting wiggy has raised more than £450 for charity.
Staff at the Body Shop in Braintree Freeport wore wigs, organised a cake sale and had collection buckets to raise money for Teenage Cancer Trust, in support of Stephenメs Story.
Lianne Clark, co-manager of the store, said: "We were really, really pleased by how well the day went. It was excellent.
"The generosity of the people who came into the store was so encouraging."
Sadly, Stephen died on May 14 at just 19 after battling terminal cancer since he was 15.
Lianne added: "We were very sad to hear the news of his death. We feel so proud to be connected to such an inspiring and fantastic person."
