Six friends are undertaking an epic motorbike trip across the UK for charity.

Adam Stevenson, 22, of Finchingfield, Luke Townsend, 23, Braintree, Martin Potts, 23, of Salford, Oli Decan-Faux, 23, of Great Bardfield, Robert Byrne, 36, of Braintree, Steve Tiller, 24, of Finchingfield, and their support car driver, Josh Tyrell, 23, of Great Bardfield all met through biking.

The team, called “rideb4youcanwalk” will be undertaking a 13 day motorbiking trip, starting at Finchingfield and travelling up to John O-Groats, and then down through Wales to Land’s End and then finishing back at Finchingfield.

The group has a target of raising £2,500 for the Essex Air Ambulance, but they are confident that they will beat this.

The brave team will set off from the village green in Finchingfield on Saturday. They will be there from 10am with collection buckets and will leave for their trip at 12 noon.
