A toy fair and mini exhibition is coming to Great Yeldham.

Taking place inside a large WWII aircraft hanger, there will be a vast array of activities available on the site, including vehicles on display, a table-top sale, at least seven model railway layouts, mystery tours, visiting heritage vehicles and, weather permitting, free open top bus tours.

The Braintree and Halstead Model Railway Club have organised the day for May 18 at the Great Yeldham Transport Museum, Hunnable Industrial Estate, Toppesfield Road from 10am until 4pm.

The entrance fee is £3, with under 16-year-olds going free if accompanied by an adult.

There is a large free car park, and free vintage buses are running from Braintree railway station every hour from 9.45am, with the last bus departing the museum at 4pm. A service will also run from Halstead Bus Station starting at 9.50am.
