Don't miss out on the chance to visit a blooming marvellous Witham garden.

The owners of Miraflores, 5 Rowan Way, Witham, have decided to hold an extra opening this weekend because the garden is looking so colourful.

One of the garden owners, Yvonne Owen, said that there are camellias, clematis montana, tulips, hyacinths and celadines to enjoy.

Miraflores is a medium sized garden described by one visitor as a ‘little bit of heaven’.

The triple fountain has crystal clear water attracting many birds.

There are tranquil seating areas where visitors can admire the garden and the gentle background music.

Camera enthusiasts are welcome as one of the owners, Danny Owen, is a professional who can advise on flower photography.

Open Saturday April 12 from 2pm to 5pm.

Admission £3, children free.

Home-made teas available.
