Author visits school
A popular horror author entertained pupils at a local school.
Excited Year Seven, Eight and Nine pupils at the New Rickstones Academy were thrilled to welcome Darren Shan to the school on April 2 and he did not disappoint them.
Matthew Williams, a Year Eight student, said, “I can’t believe I got to meet Darren Shan in real life. He is my favourite author and I am excited to read his latest book”.
