Entrepreneurial students have transformed a classroom into their very own pop-up shop.
The Year Two business students at The College at Braintree opened their shop in order to demonstrate their skills in visual merchandising as part of their level three BTEC Diploma assignment.
They have worked in groups to create eye-catching displays of their wares in glass units, which have been loaned by Townrow Department Store.
Year One students will also sell greetings cards from the Heartstone Without Frontiers wildlife photography exhibition as part of their Business in a Box project at the shop, which will be open to students and staff until May 30.
Student Megan Smith said, “We’ve designed the pop-up shop to give customers a fun shopping experience that will motivate them to make a purchase.
“Lots of different things will be on sale including jewellery and vintage clothes, a selection of artwork, stationery, gift hampers and Easter eggs.”
