Complaints to the region’s rail operator rose last quarter.
The latest figures reveal 42 complaints per 100,000 journeys were made against Greater Anglia between October 1 and December 31 last year.
The data, released by the Office of Rail Regulation, means the train company rated 11th out of 19 rail operators for number of complaints per journey.
For the previous quarter Greater Anglia received just 26 complaints per journey.
