Burglars wreak havoc across Braintree
Burglars have been wreaking havoc across Braintree, targeting numerous properties within five days.
Thirteen homes, one warehouse, more than five garages, a shop and a golf club were struck by burglars.
In one of the worst hit house burglaries, jewellery was taken from a property in Challis Road, Braintree, worth more than £1,000.
Between last Monday and Friday, burglars struck at homes in Coggeshall Road, John Ray Street, Panfield Lane, Notley Road, Stone Close, Grenville Road and Coronation Avenue.
