A nursery owner says staffing changes have been made since an inspector branded the service inadequate.
Little Legs Junior, in Silver Street, Wethersfield, was ordered to make improvements in an Ofsted report published this month.
Inspectors found that some children were “unsettled and upset” on the morning of their visit because they did not have a “key person” present who is responsible for helping them settle in.
Nursery manager Chanel Lassman said: “I understand and respect Ofsted as a governing body however I do not feel their inspections offer a true reflection."
