A chef has condemned thieves who stole his motorbike from outside a Braintree pub.

Jaye Napolitano’s £1,500 black Kawasaki KMX 125 was taken from the car park of the Orange Tree, in Cressing Road, while he was working on March 10.

The former Alec Hunter pupil, 20, had had the motorbike for about 14 months.

He has now had to spend £3,000 on a replacement.

An Essex Police spokesman confirmed officers were investigating.

Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101.
