Trivia buffs are being invited to take part in a charity quiz.
George Thorpe, from Maldon, has arranged the event at the Golden Fleece in Duke Street, Chelmsford, on Thursday, March 27.
The 27-year-old is raising money for Hatfield Peverel charity Helen Rollason Cancer Charity and will be taking part in the London Marathon on April 13.
Starts at 8.30pm with six rounds of ten lined up and a prize for the winners.
Entry £2 per player, teams of up to eight people.
