Care service fined after inspection criticisms
A care service has been fined £4,000 for not having a registered manager.
Two Counties Community Care provides daily care to people living in their own homes in Braintree and the surrounding area.
The agency was subject of an inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which published its findings last month.
In all four areas assessed - care and welfare of service users, safeguarding from abuse, staffing and monitoring - the service was deemed to require improvement.
