A three-year-old boy is recovering at home after having been involved in a crash in Witham.
The youngster was rescued by an off-duty fireman after he became trapped under a car in The Grove yesterday.
The tot was then flown to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge, amid concerns he had suffered a serious head injury.
The youngster, who had cuts and bruises, is now at home.
