RETAILERS in Witham told a Government minister they wanted to see lower business rates.
Trade Minister Brandon Lewis visited the town on Mondaymorning to see how shopkeepers were faring.
After meeting the town team forum with Witham MP Priti Patel, who arranged the visit, he visited three of the town’s oldest independent shops.
