Severe flooding on A12 at Witham
The London bound carriageway of the A12 between Witham and Kelvedon has flooded.
Both Essex Police and the Highways Agency have been made aware of the flooding, which is reported to be across all the lanes.
An Essex Police spokesman said: "Most motorists seem to be taking the sensible approach and are slowing down."
