27-stone mum claims NHS won't help her lose weight
Updated 9:06am Thursday 16th January 2014 in News
A desperate mum who weighs 27 stone believes more should be done to help her lose weight.
Katie Delderfield, who has pictures of cake and sweets tattooed across her chest, claims she is desperate to break the cycle of depression-fuelled binge eating.
She has joined the Slimming World group at Elm Hall Primary School, in Witham, but has accused the NHS of failing to give her the extra helping hand she needs.
The mum-of-three (pictured) is looking for work as a teaching assistant and fears her weight could put off potential employers.
