Teenager punched in the face in unprovoked attack
A teenager was punched in the face after a gang of about 20 approached him.
The 17-year-old victim was left with swelling to his nose after one of the youths assaulted him in an unprovoked attack at 00.40am on New Year’s Day.
Police are urging anyone with information about the incident in Rose Hill, Braintree, to get in touch on 101.
Police were unable to provide any further information at this stage.
