A man has been charged after £100,000 worth of boots were stolen from a lorry in Witham.
Five men were arrested on September 11 last year after the lorry, which was parked on the Eastways Industrial Estate, was broken into at about 4am.
Mason Allen, 21, of Canterbury Avenue, Southend, has been charged with two counts of handling stolen goods.
He is due to appear at Southend Magistrates' Court on January 21.
The other four men who were arrested have had their bail cancelled and have been released with no further police action expected.
