A geography teacher faced his fear of heights by throwing himself out of a plane for charity.
Having seen people struggle with mental health problems in the past, Neal Wilcox, who teaches at Helena Romanes School, Dunmow, was keen to do raise awareness and money for the charity, Mind.
Former HRS pupil Mr Wilcox, 34, who completed his skydive in Ely, Cambridgeshire, said: “Mind do some excellent work, both promoting knowledge of a much stigmatised illness, but also at the coal face with counsellors helping people with a range of mental illnesses.”
