Whilst any bump between a 2-wheeled vehicle and a 4-wheeled vehicle can be nasty, can the report be less biased please.
DID the scooter collide with the car OR did the car collide with the scooter????

A man was injured yesterday after his scooter collided with a car. How come? Did the car driver get and duff him up? Or was he perhaps injured when his scooter collided with the car?

The scooter rider was taken to hospital, but there again he is thought to have made his own way there.

Ah, I get it now. He took himself to hospital - on the scooter perhaps?
