A seed company is celebrating 125 years in business with its first appearance at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Kings Seeds in Kelvedon will be running an educational stand at the prestigious flower show this week, showing visitors how vegetable growing has changed over the last 125 years and how lifestyle changes have affected gardening and what people eat.

The firm has also commissioned milliner Harvy Santos to create an extravagant hat and shoes featuring its seeds and sweet peas, modelled by Lucy Ellis, from Witham.
