Elderly residents have been living the vida loca with a Latin music themed dance fitness craze.

Twenty pensioners aged between 80 and 101 have been trying out ‘armchair Zumba’ at the Prince Edward Duke of Kent Court care home in Stisted.

Rather than too much energetic hip swivelling, exercise instructor Katie Roberts is using gentle exercises to Latin and international music.

I also fell in love with zumba and had some hard time finding a good class for my needs. I have found that there is a DVD set so I can zumba at home at my own time. It doesn't have the social effect but it is a great workout. You can read a review of it in: http://www.zumbaexhi
