Braintree: Primary school footballers one step from Wembley
A team of primary school footballers is just one step away from running out onto the pitch at Wembley Stadium.
Lyons Hall Primary School, in Deerleap Way, Braintree, is representing Colchester United in the npower Football League Under-11 Kids Cup.
The team triumphed against rival schools in Essex to get the chance to represent the U’s tomorrow at Crawley Town’s Broadfield Stadium in West Sussex.
