Dunmow: Police seek owner of recovered jewellery
Police are trying to trace the owner of items recovered in Dunmow earlier this year.
A black bin bag containing a white pillowcase and a number of empty jewellery boxes was found by a member of the public in Newton Hall Drive in January.
Officers have been unable to link the discovery to any crime report and are appealing for the owner to come forward.
All the jewellery boxes were empty, but the picture (above) shows some property left in the bag.
Anyone who thinks the property is theirs should call DC Alan Lewis at Braintree CID on 101.
