I resent paying an entrance fee to this food fair. You don't pay to shop in the supermarket so if you go and don't find anything you want to buy, it still costs you.

I am sure more people would attend if it was free and money could be made from the choices on sale. The people displaying their wares probably have to pay for their pitch anyway. I was going to attend but now will not, its not the cost its the fact that this is a little too greedy.

I went with my husband and sister, so we paid £12 to get in, and I wasn't overly impressed. There were half a dozen or so stalls selling sausages, a few cheese stalls. Most if these tings you can get at the stalls in Chelmsford high street on a Saturday, those kinds of places where you don't have to pay to look at what they sell.
I was a little disappointed and not the best way to have spent £12 for 40 minutes walking round
