Braintree: Young girl injured in play equipment incident
A toddler had to be taken to hospital after hitting her head on a climbing frame.
The girl, thought to be about three-year-old, was injured in Cressing Road, Braintree, on Wednesday.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service said they were called at about 1.45pm following reports a girl had hit her head on a climbing frame.
Essex Air Ambulance was also called to the scene, but the youngster was eventually taken by land to Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford.
