A community boxing club is thriving, with members from as young as seven.
Rayne Boxing Club is run by volunteers and most of the members are there for fun and fitness.
The club was formed just over two years ago by Braintree friends Rob Best, Perry Coburn, Harry Davies and Jack Deer.
They had become tired of driving to Chelmsford or Maldon to train and set up a gym in the unit at Lakes Farm in Queenborough Lane, Rayne.
The club is now affiliated to the Amateur Boxing Association of England.
