Braintree: Burglars steal £1,800 of electronics and jewellery
Burglars got away with £1,800 of jewellery and electronics after a daylight raid on a home in Braintree.
The thieves broke into the house in Mersea Fleet Way through a rear patio door between 2.30pm and 4.15pm last Wednesday.
Games consoles, a lap top, camera and jewellery were all stolen.
Some £100 of damage was also caused.
Anyone with information is urged to call police on 101.
