Braintree: Gym team take on 300-mile cycle ride

Fitness fanatics from a Braintree gym will cycle 300 miles for a children’s charity.
The team from Complete Health and Fitness in East Street, Braintree, will take part in the London to Paris Cycle Challenge in June for Ormiston Children and Families Trust.
Gym instructors Ian Campen and Dan Bartlett, and members Jo Butcher, Kim Radley and her husband Neil, are encouraging more people to join them for the five-day road trip.
The gym is also holding fundraisers for the charity, including a four-hour spinathon, a weight lifting competition and a disco.
